My family gets together every weekend for Sunday dinner. This tradition has been happening since before I was born and it is one of my favorites! Our weekly meal provides an opportunity to share stories, talk about important topics, and build strong inter-generational relationships. With that being said, it can be a lot for my parents to feed anywhere from 8-12 people every weekend. This summer, I’ve been trying to make an effort to help out by bringing a salad. This Perfect Dinner Side-Salad is one of my favorites because it is so easy to make and it’s a real crowd pleaser!
The best thing about this salad is that it takes less than 10 minutes to make, has less than 10 ingredients, and has less than 10 steps! If you’re looking for something simple, you can’t get much simpler than that! The best part is that the ingredients are so versatile, they pair well with any salad dressing. This means that even the pickiest eaters will be able to enjoy this salad! When you have your next big event, consider bringing this along for your family, and when you do, be sure to tag @sweet.pea.living and use the hashtag #sweetpealiving to share it!
