Homemade pizza night is my favorite spur-of-the-moment dinner idea. Whenever I find myself with some extra time on a Friday or Saturday afternoon, I always try to make a batch of my super easy homemade pizza dough. The recipe has never failed me and is perfect for scratching the “pizza-craving” itch without dropping $50 on some takeout. This specific recipe was inspired by my Chipotle Black Bean Tostadas. Chipotle is one of my husband’s favorite flavors so I wanted to experiment with a pizza-version of this recipe! Good news — it’s absolutely fantastic (and gorgeous, too!).
