Easy & Classic Garden Salad

Salad hasn’t always been at the top of my “favorite foods” list (I know I’m not the only one who feels this way), but I’ve surprisingly been craving fresh, crispy salad over the last few weeks for lunches. Maybe it has something to do with the warmer weather? When I’m on a salad-kick, I find it essential to keep mixing it up, though. Currently, I’ve been alternating between my Greek Quinoa Salad, Sweet Strawberry & Walnut Salad, and this Easy & Classic Garden Salad. Sometimes I eat these salads on their own or in addition to a meal.

I made this recipe for my family recently and their only complaint was that they wanted more Pepperocinis… I think my husband picked them all out when he was serving himself. Whoops! I can’t blame him, though. They’re our favorite! Give this salad a try and let me know what you think!
