Cinco de Mayo is next week and I think we all need a reason to celebrate! Starting today and leading up to May 5th, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite Mexican-inspired recipes. I’m going to start with my best, most favorite Pico de Gallo recipe (or as my husband calls it, Pico de Gone-o). This salsa is so easy to make and only needs a few basic ingredients. Let’s face it, you deserve fresh, homemade Pico de Gallo. You know you do.

This is the first recipe on your list for Cinco de Mayo next week. Be sure to make this and when you do, be sure to tag Sweet Pea Living on Facebook or Instagram and use the hashtag #sweetpealiving to share it. You can also let me know how this recipe goes by leaving a comment below. I can’t wait to see how this recipe turns out for you… I know you’re going to love it!
