This particular smoothie features fresh raw spinach, frozen fruit, and ground flax seed. I find that this recipe serves as a refreshing and filling meal-in-a-cup — a perfect way to start a hot July day!

Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 cups spinach
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 1 cup pineapple pieces frozen
- 1 yellow banana peeled
- 1 cup oat milk
- ½ cup 100% pure cranberry juice unsweetened
- 1 tbsp flaxseed ground
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until mixture reaches your desired consistency. Add additional cranberry juice until your smoothie is a drinkable liquid.
- Serve cold and enjoy with a reusable straw!
